Customer Service & Policies:
Sales Tax: We are required to collect sales tax on your order.
Order Charges: To get your items to you in an efficient manner, your credit card is automatically charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new jewelry)!
Back Orders: Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we will issue a refund to you. We know when you love something, you switch gears into "so excited I can't wait to get it" mode. We heart your patience and excitement.
Shipping: We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much). Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.
Please Note: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
International Shipments: Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 7-14 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship all over the world.
Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being in South Portland, ME, even when it’s well on it way to you. This is because Maine can be a little slow in the mail department. If you’d like a tracking ID, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, however shipping costs will increase considerably.
Delivery: We ship to the ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Make sure you look twice and confirm that your address is right.
Express Orders: Express orders must be received before 1EST to be shipped that same day. A small rush fee applies. Email us for details.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 2 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in new condition. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting packaging will not be replaced.
Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund in the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
