Can I change the length of my necklace? Yes, all of our items are handmade and customizable. Just send us a message to let us know that you would like a necklace lengthened or shortened.
Do you accept custom orders? Yes. Contact me and let me know what kind of jewelry that you would like to have made and we will do our best to get it done for you. Please be aware that we process lots of custom orders and our current back log is approx a month.
Can I change my order once it's been placed? There is no way to change the order once it's been placed online. However if it hasn't shipped yet, we can grab it before it heads to the post office for you. Orders are shipped daily so make sure you contact us as soon as you can.
How do we process your order? ALL OF OUR JEWELRY ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AND IT TAKES US 3-4 DAYS TO MAKE YOUR SPECIAL PIECE OF JEWELRY :) As soon as we complete your jewelry item, we package the item and ship it out via USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable items from the post office. If your order is a special gift, we strongly suggest that you upgrade shipping to USPS Priority, UPS, or Fedex. We are not Amazon Prime so please don't expect to receive your order two days after you place it. As stated previously, each jewelry item is handmade for you!
During the winter months (Jan - March), we do not process any retail orders. We are located in Maine and between ice storms, power outages, deep freezes, and our busy travel schedule...it doesn't work out. In addition, our mailman in South Portland visits our studio twice a week for package pick-up, not daily due to weather conditions.
Is our studio in South Portland open to the public? It depends. It's available by appointment only. We usually keep it closed so that we can make jewelry and expedite your order as quickly as possible. We do have a retail shop in Knightville in South Portland which is CLOSED in the winter. Feel free to contact us for a list of our many retailers in the area if you would like to purchase jewelry directly from a shop. Contact us for more information.

My jewelry has broken and needs repair, what do I do? We will be happy to fix your jewelry for free within 7 days of purchase from us. Please send us an email at email@example.com and make sure you provide your order number. Your order number is required and can be found on your order confirmation email.
After 7 days, any jewelry that becomes broken when wearing we will still fix for you :) We charge 50% of your retail jewelry item price to fix it (For example, if you purchased an item and it was $28, we will charge you $14 plus shipping to fix it for you.) Please make sure you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. We are unable to help you without your order number. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a repair listing for you to purchase.
Can I collaborate with you? Absolutely! I collaborate with other jewelry designers and am always excited to join forces with other creative folks out there.

Do you sell jewelry to only small shops or can you handle large volume orders? We sell to large volume department stores (100+ locations) and currently use an EDI platform. We sell jewelry under our brand name as well as offer private label. If you'd like to discuss turnaround times and discount pricing specific to your company, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I send you my beach sand? Always. We always accept beach sand, click here for more details on sending us your beach sand.
